You’re here because you’ve had enough of pain running your life. Of providers either offering quick fixes and explanations for your suffering or dismissing your symptoms.

I am an evidence-informed massage therapist, which means that instead of relying solely on passive techniques, I will incorporate movement guidance, and pain coaching. This approach has been shown to take folks past symptom management to a life without fear of future flare ups. I am dedicated to supporting your wellbeing all the way to recovery. Once you book a session, you have me as a permanent resource.

What does an introductory session look and feel like?

  • Holistic Intake: Share your pains, your worries, your goals, trusting that all said is confidential and heard without judgment.

  • 60 minutes of myofascial massage, tailored to your area of concern. The pressure used can be light or firm; it should always be in your comfort zone

  • A functional assessment, where we track how your ease of movement improves and discomfort recedes

  • You’ll leave feeling lighter, looser, calmer, with a plan for what's next and a path for recovery
